Our Story
My baking journey started at the age of 11. My neighbor, whom I babysat for, was a cake decorator and baker. My mom had always made everything from scratch and I thought this was normal. I quickly realized this was not the case. I also realized I like the quality and taste of homemade goodies so much better than store-bought. So, after having a family of my own I kept the made-from-scratch tradition. As I expanded my knowledge and perfected my recipes I desired to one day have a baking business of my own.
My husband was very supportive so after looking for a new house for 1.5 years we came to love our current home. We purchased and moved in November 2021. The kitchen was more than I had been looking for and I knew I could bake to my heart’s content. A pause came in January 2022 when my husband unexpectedly passed away. I knew he would want me to continue with my dream so after much encouragement from family and friends I took the leap and last summer set up at my first Farmers Market in Fitzwilliam, NH. What an overwhelmingly wonderful experience. This has led to me opening my home bakery.
I am continuing to learn and perfect many new recipes in the allergy-friendly sector including gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and diabetic-friendly.
